Still working on 2014. Seriously. I'm determined to finish. And look, I used 3... yes THREE... of my Studio Calico project life cards in one spread. It's a new record.
Ray was unbelievable. This photo was just begging to be full size. The two journaling cards are just typed on some graph paper, but the page protector is covered with magenta contact paper to fit into the color scheme better. They're a little grainy but I like the effect.
I love bringing home menus. The Scarlett Begonia menu was scanned and printed to fit. "Brunch" is layered on top of the page protector so I could peel and unpeel until I had them in just the right spot. Handsome card from Urban Outfitters last year and an upside down thank you card tucked into my last Moglea order. Such pretty colors. If you look again, you'll notice this spread is a rainbow of sorts moving from white in the bottom left corner to black in the top right with the Niko photos, green cards and blue concert photos on the diagonals.
Below is my failed Week in the Life spread. Which, next time, I will actually work on during that week. The days of the week cards behind the Instax photos are from Ali's Week in the Life kit. I'm sad I didn't take better advantage of them here. Luckily, I bought two. The first without the album and, after falling in love with it, the second kit with a gold album (that I'm using for my 2015 PL). If you didn't get it, you should go give it another look. It was hands down the best kit I bought last year.
Anyways, still going...
