QUESTION: Does Project Life know about Project Life? And if so, does that mess with the space-time continuum?
I ask because, so far, my life has been focused on Project Life and it seems a shame not to put a photo OF my album, IN my album.
That's all going to change starting Monday. I'm taking my life back. I'M THE MOM. Now that I've caught up, I'm going to set myself an allotted amount of time to work on it. Not every day, not in place of my morning yoga or after work wind-down. I'm going to give myself an afternoon on the weekend to knock it out. I'll make notes thru the week and then, bam, do it all at one time. After doing this week in 2 sittings, I can see that it works better. I print fewer photos and can coordinate as I go rather than having to redo things later.Yay, for process improvements and effeciency.
Here's the second half of February. I decided to put tiny tabs on the monthly pages since they stick out a little anyways. That way you can flip to them quick. And, on the right, my finished amaryllis page.
The back side of my amaryllis page, I'm so glad I kept up with it. I'm thinking of starting a new bulb soon because I can tell I'm going to miss it already. March divider, yum cupcakes, taken from a catalog I've been hoarding forever and cameo'd down.
Three cheers for Crate Paper's Storyteller. The whole line is awesome, instant fav. And Ali's Hello Life Boxes, awesome over my O'bama shirt. The 'mar' covers my chicken neck nicely. Ha!
The protector on the right is a new one for me, it's from Memory Keepers, and is has three 3" spots above and below a 6" x 12" strip. I chopped off the top and left sides, leaving a 5" x 6" larger window and two 3" x 3" spaces below. I like how it turned out, it was a nice change.
Loving the Crate Paper yellow diagonal paper, especially the 6"x 6" size. The reduced patterns in the pads are perfect for the smaller pockets. And paper clips, very handy. I think I'll be clipping more stuff in and over my pages. The photo on the right side, top left, was shamelessly ganked (with permission) from Tina's shop. Because 1) it's gorgeous and 2) because we did talk screenprinting, a little.
Two other things:
Sharpie poster paint markers, American Crafts Precision Pens and pencils are my go-to for journaling but this week, I found the perfect gray marker. Love how subtle it is on light backgrounds.
Here's a shot from above. It's full and there's 3 weeks left in March. Yikes. Time to think thin.
